Kickstarting 2019 with a new Totaljobs brand campaign: Get everything you need from a job
1st January 2019 marks not only the start of the New Year, but the launch of our latest advertising campaign, along with a refreshed brand positioning.
The new multichannel campaign is our biggest to date, targeting 18-54-year-olds in the North of England between now and 31st March. It can be seen at home on TV and Video On Demand; out and about on trams, buses and high-visibility displays such as Manchester’s Salford Arch, as well as online via native programmatic banners, video and integrated display. You might even catch our radio creative in the car, or in your headphones during your commute.
Over 8 million adults will see our adverts throughout the next three months, meaning both active and passive jobseekers will engage with a message that resonates with them, wherever they’re at in their career.
Our campaign sums up who we are and what we do, as we celebrate the jobseekers looking for a role on our site, each with unique wants and needs in mind. We spoke to real jobseekers to find out what they need from a job as part of the latest campaign. And of course, it all depends on the individual, with needs ranging from finding a job with a good team and an easy commute, to the more immediate need of getting a job tomorrow. Through the employers we work with, our site offers everything across the spectrum of job searching, whether that’s a weekend gig, or a lifetime calling.
Ultimately, there’s no one size fits all when it comes to a successful match between employers and new hires. That’s why we tailor our approach to make sure we’re catering for every jobseeker and every employer in a relevant way.
The new Totaljobs campaign features real workers going about their days – from a crane operator, to a window dresser, to a coder, to a dog walker to name a few. This is how we’ve chosen to highlight both the breadth and the depth of roles advertised on Totaljobs. From adverts seeking bartenders or sales staff, to the search for candidates with specialised skills in engineering or technology.
